Floral Subscriptions FAQ


Do I need to commit to a certain timeframe or sign a contract?

Nope! We're here to spread the joy of flowers and make it easy for you to manage your floral subscription. When you place your first order, we'll contact you directly to confirm all the details including payment method and frequency. You will receive an email before each recurring order so you can pause, reschedule and update your subscription payment details as often as you'd like.

Can I tell you what flowers to include?
The magic of this experience is that we'll pull together a beautiful arrangement featuring the best blooms Mother Nature has to offer. Our mission is to bring the joy of flowers to more humans and introduce you to new varieties, interesting colours and beautiful textures to truly surprise and delight.

When will my flowers be delivered?
Your initial delivery will be on the date you choose at checkout. The subsequent deliveries will be on the Wednesday immediately following each order renewal at the frequency you've chosen- weekly, fortnightly (every two weeks) or monthly, based on the initial delivery date. We'll be sure to contact you directly if there are delivery delays or product interruptions. Note, Public Holidays/ studio closure dates will have an impact on delivery dates. In general our deliveries are made in the afternoons between 2-6 pm.

What happens if no one is there to receive the flower delivery?

Most of the year ( Approx April through November) If you're not available when our courier delivers your flowers, that's not a problem. We'll be sure to leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered place and we'll send you a text message to confirm delivery.

November through April, when the temperature is below zero we can't leave flowers outside as they will freeze- please ensure someone will be home to receive your delivery. You can pause or change an upcoming delivery date by accessing your account.

Note that not all concierge desks will accept flowers, please confirm with yours if you wish us to leave at the front desk.

Can I pause my delivery?
Yep! You can contact us anytime either by reply email or call the studio at 416 322 6985. You can pause your delivery, update your subscription frequency and change your payment details.

What flowers will be used?
Mother Nature is magical and every week the supply of specific blooms varies from day to day, month to month. Check out our Instagram feed for latest updates on floral supply.

I already have vases, do I have to take the complementary one with the first order?

We know, vases can pile up easily when you're a flower lover! We send your first subscription bouquet in a complementary vase so that subsequent bouquets will always look perfect right out of the packaging for you, because we create them specifically for that size and style of vase- no more guessing which one to use!

How do I get started? Where do I place my order?
Click here to get started. We're here to make it easy for you. All you need to do is decide your size of bouquet and frequency of delivery. We'll handcraft your arrangement and professionally deliver your flowers each week / fortnight / month. There is no lock-in contract and you can pause and update your subscription any time you like.

Can I set up a subscription as a gift?
Of course, a flower subscription is a gift that keeps on giving and makes an amazing gift for birthdays, Mother's Day, anniversaries, and get well soon. Simply set up the billing information under your name and details (to ensure only you see the billing information) but set the delivery address to the person you wish to send to.
