We love creating beautiful events for our clients.

Smaller events are our jam, we love to work our magic for events in backyards, restaurants and similar small spaces.

Here's how it works:

You tell us what combination of items you need via the form below. Choose your colour palette (Happy colour, Deep romantic, White & green, Soft pastel) and your pieces (table centerpieces & larger arrangements), plus whether you want to pick your pieces up or have them delivered & if you need a little help setting them up.  We send you an invoice showing your selections to review before booking. We'll arrange a phone chat or skype call with Jess to talk through your invoice and let us know any little details we might need.  A small deposit ($250) is required to book your date, as well as acceptance and signature of a small contract that outlines all the details so you know what to expect. With deposit paid and contract signed, your order is confirmed and booked in. Full payment is required at a month before your event date, and will be adjusted to reflect any changes (meaning if your long distance relatives you thought wouldn't show up decide to rsvp, we can add on tables to your invoice at this time!) We'll contact you in advance of your event to confirm timing for delivery or pick up so you know when to expect us. We show up on your day with gorgeous flowers, you have an AWESOME party!

This is the right place for you if:

  • you are planning a smaller scale party at a restaurant, small intimate venue or in a private residence
  • you like our whimsical fun style of design
  • you want lovely centrepieces for your tables and maybe a few other spots around the space
  • you like our style of work and are happy to let us work our magic for you
  • you don't need a designer onsite for the day.
  • you can pick your flowers up or accept delivery first thing in the morning (before 10 am) or in the afternoon (between 3-6 pm)

This isn't for you if:

  • you want to have your florals custom designed to your own inspiration
  • you need help onsite for more than an hour of set up
  • you are in a larger venue

 Important party FAQ's:

How far ahead of my event do I need to order?

We prefer as much notice as possible, so we recommend completing the order information as early as possible, and then booking in quickly to secure our services. We monitor our volume of orders carefully so if we have other events happening on your weekend we may close off that date for new orders. The order form asks for your date and will let you know if that date is unavailable. We prefer to have at least two months notice for event orders to give us enough time to confirm and prepare, but depending on the size, if your event is fairly small we can usually fit you in even with just a couple of weeks notice.

Can I come in and sit down for a consultation to go over my  ideas and needs

At this time, we are not doing consultations. Our event work is intended for clients that are comfortable giving us the list of items they need, within a chosen colour palette and letting us work our magic. If you aren't familiar with our style of work we strongly recommend you check out our instagram feed so you can see if our style of florals is appealing to you.

Will I get to see a sample of my centerpieces?

We don't make samples of our work. If you aren't familiar with our style of work, we recommend looking through our instagram feed, it gives a great idea of our vibe and style. If it jams with yours, then we are a good fit! On the order we get details from you that gives us a good idea of the vibe you are creating for your day, and we'll work our magic for you within that.

But what if there are flowers I really want or really don't want included?

We get it- there is a spot on the order form where you can let us know if there's something specific you want included or omitted and we'll let you know if it's possible.

I need you to be onsite to move things during the event, or to remove florals at the end, is that possible?

Currently we aren't working this type of event. With a busy retail shop, we are only able to work on events that we can do a simple drop off or at most a drop off and up to an hour of placement for you. We don't stay onsite longer than an hour(if this option is chosen in advance by you) and we don't return for any pick up at the end of the evening. You can pick everything up from us or we can deliver to addresses within Toronto before 10am or after 3pm. We are a great fit for smaller events in backyards, condo rooms, restaurants etc for clients who are excited to put their own pieces in place or have friends/family/day of event assistants that will take of those details. We can't accommodate events at bigger venues with stricter timing issues that need us onsite all day at this time.

My venue will only accept delivery between 11am and noon on that day, can you accommodate that?

In general we aren't able to take very specific timing, and we usually deliver in the afternoon. However, there are some exceptions- let us know the timing issues in the additional comments section of the form and we'll let you know if we can organize around that on a case by case basis. You are of course welcome to pick the flowers up from us and take them to the venue at that time.

What if I only want to rent the containers rather than purchase?

That's great! We have a container return program. If you return your containers within two weeks of your event (cleaned and intact) we will issue a store credit for 50% of the regular retail cost of each.

I'm nervous- I haven't done this before and am worried something might happen, like you won't show up or the flowers will be all dead.

Yup, we understand- this isn't something you order everyday, but we've over two decades of experience making happy flowers for people just like you and we wouldn't be still in business if we didn't take the best of care of all our customers!
