There really is nothing like having fresh flowers on the table to add life and joy to a party. My favourite events are parties in smaller venues, especially in local restaurants like Sassafraz or Oretta Midtown, as these locations have such wonderful character of their own and our style of joyfilled colourful design works so well there. Restaurants can be intimidating to order flowers for, because their tables are often on the smaller side and not always in a standard layout, but I make options that work perfectly for those!
Most of my favourite restaurants create longer tables for parties by putting single tables together to form longer ones, so using a standard small table that seats 2 people and setting several together to create a table for 8 or 10. These tables are now long but still have much less depth than banquet hall tables, so having larger flower vases doesn't really work with the added glassware and table ware that also needs to squeeze on there. Enter my favourite way to accent this tablescape, the cocktail arrangement! Setting one of these mini vases on each two person setting lets you fill the table with flowers without taking up too much space or making the table top feel cramped.
For long tables of 8 or more people you can also use two of our regular or full size centerpieces, and even add on cocktail vases in between to spread the colour along the table length. If you have any round tables our regular table centerpieces give some added volume and work well in the center. And of course, if you want to really pump it up, our full centerpieces give a big punch of glamour.
