Shipping policy
Getting your flower order delivered in best condition is our top priority.
Please provide us with a telephone number for the recipient to allow us to call in advance to organize delivery if necessary due to high volume or inclement weather. This is especially important during the winter months and floral holidays such as Valentines, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Orders placed via this website will be shipped on the date indicated by you, the client, during checkout, to the recipient as indicated. Deliveries are generally made within the hours of 2 pm to 6 pm but we reserve the right to deliver outside of these hours if volume necessitates.
In case of extreme weather, we reserve the right to alter the delivery date to ensure the safety of both your flowers and our delivery personnel. We will make every effort to communicate with quickly you if this situation occurs.
If no one answers at the delivery address to receive the parcel we will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or to find a safe place to leave the item at the door. In cases of inclement weather or lack of access to the building, we will make every effort to contact the recipient to organize delivery at an alternate day and time, but our courier partners may leave parcels in building lobbies if unable to access.
We are not responsible for any packages that may be left at the recipient's door or building lobby if no one is available for receiving. Not all concierges will accept flower parcels. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery order.
