Refund policy

Our Happiness Guarantee

Fresh flowers:

Flowers are fresh perishable product, and while we do our very best to make sure they arrive in tip top shape, sometimes there can be issues beyond our control. If you have any issues at all, we are more than happy to help resolve them. We have a happiness guarantee, if you have any issues with your flowers in the 48 hours after delivery we will replace them with no questions asked.  In general, fresh cut flowers will last 4 days, often more. Please keep the original flowers + container for us to retrieve from you if possible. We do not issue refunds.

Plants:

If you experience an issue with your plant within 4 days of purchase or delivery,  please contact us and we will replace or issue a shop credit. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for issues with plants past this time, as they are very sensitive to care and situation which after they leave our shop we are not in control of. We do not issue refunds.

Giftware and art pieces (such as candles, teatowels, soaps, chocolate, artwork etc):

We want you to love your purchase but understand that things happen. If you need to return something we will accept a return made within 7 days of purchase or delivery, for in store exchange only. We do not issue refunds.

Event florals:

If you wish to cancel your event floral order, we will only refund you up to 14 days in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup date. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us at service@periwinkleflowers.com as soon as possible.

For orders placed less than 21 days in advance we reserve the right to cancel without notice if items are unavailable for your event date. In this case we will attempt to notify you within 24 hours of your order placement and will refund your order in full. To avoid disappointment please place your orders more than 21 days in advance. If your event is in less than 14 days we recommend contacting us directly before placing your order to confirm availability of product.

Flowers are a natural product. Upon delivery your flowers must be kept in a cool but not cold area until needed. Event flowers are specifically designed to be one time use to be at their peak for your event and we do not guarantee they will be at their best past 24 hours of delivery.  Periwinkle Flowers is not responsible for any quality issue caused by improper storage or use past the event delivery date.
