We love working our flower magic for beautiful meetings and small events, but event work is extra special and requires more behind the scenes work than regular orders to make sure every bloom is perfectly timed. With that in mind, please note the following to help us make sure you get the most perfect designs for your day...

  • Orders are best placed at least one week in advance of your date for best selection, to ensure we are able to deliver on your date, and to allow us plenty of time to curate the best mix of flowers for you. We strongly recommend ordering at least one month in advance as we sometimes hit capacity for special orders in advance of the date. Not sure of your final guest numbers yet? We can create a quote and accept partial payment to book your date, call us and we will help with this!
    • If ordering more than 5 pieces less than 3 days in advance we recommend you contact us first at  or call us at 416 322 6985 so we can confirm with you that we can accommodate your order.

    Delivery details:

    • We deliver across Toronto Monday through Saturday. For smaller orders, you can also pick up your order from our studio if you prefer.
    • If you need to organize a specific delivery time window we can usually accommodate you, please note the timing in the delivery instructions box when placing your order, or call/email us to confirm before placing your order if you aren't sure. Delivery is between 9 am to 5 pm. We can organize delivery between 7-9 am to addresses in Toronto, there is an additional delivery fee of $132 (total of $150) please contact us to organize this.
    • Delivery does not include setup but we always send everything out fully labelled for ease of set up by venue staff.
    • Someone MUST be onsite at the delivery address to receive delivery/allow access.
